If you are doing a knock down rebuild, we can demolish your current house, remove all buildings, paths, driveways, slabs from your block and leaving it ready for your builder to build that brand new home you dreamed about.

 

Bathroom to strip out?  Not a problem.    A lot of bathrooms in older homes have asbestos walls as well and we can remove the asbestos also for you.   If your house was built prior to 1987 there is a good chance you will have asbestos somewhere in it.

 

Tired of that old swimming pool in the back yard not being used and the cost to maintain it?  We can remove that for you as well.

 

Using our method of deconstruction, we can recycle up to 80% or sometimes more of the waste we remove.

We pride ourselves that our staff are polite, efficient and considerate of your neighbours during works.    We dispose of waste as we remove it, we do not use skip bins but remove your waste in our tip trucks which go straight to the nearest waste disposal location.  If a requirement of your DA is that tip receipts are supplied on completion of works, that is not a problem, we can provide a copy at the end of the job.
